About Eric Jaeger
I’m Eric Jaeger, founder of Agile Rhythms Inc. I help leaders and teams improve delivery flow, reduce friction, and make better decisions through practical, flow-based approaches to work.
I bring a pragmatic approach shaped by years of experience working across enterprise delivery, transformation, coaching, and operational improvement. My focus is not on process theater or importing frameworks for their own sake. It is on understanding how work actually moves, where it gets stuck, and what changes will improve outcomes. I have worked across enterprise technology, financial services, and complex multi-team delivery environments, helping organizations improve flow, reduce friction, and make better decisions.
That work can look different depending on context. In larger organizations, it may involve portfolio flow, governance, leadership alignment, and multi-team coordination. In smaller organizations, it often means building a simpler delivery system with clearer priorities, better operating rules, and less chaos.
Across both, the goal is the same: calmer execution, better predictability, and a system that supports strong decisions instead of constant firefighting.
How I approach the work
- Start with the real system, not assumptions
- Focus on flow, constraints, and decision quality
- Keep methods practical and proportional to the problem
- Use metrics to support decisions, not perform theater
- Build improvements that people can actually sustain
What clients can expect
- A practical, grounded view of how work really moves
- Clear thinking about constraints, priorities, and tradeoffs
- Coaching and facilitation matched to the actual situation
- Measured improvement without unnecessary process overhead
